This is a really cool hotel! My room was beautiful and comfortable. Although there is no elevator, all I had to do to get help with luggage was to call, and I was helped right away. I highly recommend this hotel!

I felt bad for the employee at the check-in desk. There was no manager onsite (and no one else at the front desk) and the person in front of me checking in had a challenging problem. I had to wait 15 minutes or more to check in because of that. Our bathroom shower was not cleaned well before checkin or during our stay. One of the side doors was left unlocked because there was an issue with the room keys unlocking it for entry.

"Place smelled like a vap exploded. Walk in the room water in the middle of the floor no toilet paper. Bed post were rusted. Immediately ask for my money back girl said it wouldn’t be a problem that was om Saturday it is now Wednesday no refund!!"
